Biona Organic Vitality Rye Bread with sprouted seeds is made for Biona by a family-owned bakery in Muensterland, Germany. The bakery uses traditional artisan skills-freshly grinding the grains just before baking to create loaves packed with the wholegrain goodness needed as part of a healthy diet. Once opened treat as fresh bread, store in an air-tight container and consume within 3-4 days. To ensure maximum life span we advise that you also refrigerate the bread. Certified organic ingredients.
