Raspberry leaf tea has been used for centuries as a folk medicine to treat canker sores, cold sores, and gingivitis in persons of all ages and anemia, leg cramps, diarrhea, and morning sickness in pregnant women, and as a uterine relaxant. Raspberry leaf is traditionally known as muscle relaxant and it has been for ages used in pregnancy and labor. However please consult a doctor or a midwife if needed cause I am neither of them. For all people it is for sure a healthy herbal tea full of natural goodness. What we sell here is plain quality dried parts of a raspberry plant pack in air-tight bags to preserve freshness. This is a herbal infusion therefore it should be poured with boiling water. You can achieve the best brewing effect by using water temperature reaching boiling point of 100 oC. This infusion is ready after about 8-10 minutes (depending on your preferences). It is possible and highly recommended to use the same portion of herbs 2-3 times over a day. Warning: Avoid using during early pregnancy. Infuse 2 teaspoons per cup.
