Its name naturally refers to the format and derives from the Latin vulgar tortillation, which literally means spiral wrap with a distinctive design of lathe processing. They are a particularly versatile and original version that traditionally loves very physical spices. The tortillas are great when seasoned with juicy beef lumps. Good with tomato sauce or vegetable and tomato sauces. It is a particularly suitable format for baked pastries.
