Ingredients

corn flour, salt, spices (including chili pepper, cumin), onion, CHEDDAR CHEESE (MILK, CHEESE cultures, salt, enzymes), leavening (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), and garlic.

Directions

Combine 1 packet (1.5 oz) of McCormick Enchilada Sauce Mix with 16 oz of tomato sauce and 1/4 cup of water. Add to 1 lb of browned ground beef or turkey. Roll up in corn or flour tortillas, sprinkle with cheese, and bake at 375F (190C) for 20-25 minutes. For chicken, black bean, or beef enchiladas, or to season wings, follow a similar method.
