Extra virgin olive oil known for its fruity medium intensity, with a similar intensity in both shades of green and mature at their peak, reminiscent of fruits such as tomatoes or almonds.
The palate starts sweet, with a delicate, slightly bitter, accompanied at the end with a touch of hotness, both in perfect balance, very harmonious and with an average intensity - low.
This filtering olive Bailen (Jan) is a monovarietal of the picual variety.
Its tasting notes are intensely fruity, medium bitter and medium spicy.
