The Rennet Tablets are high-activity microbial rennet tablets designed for consistent and safe milk coagulation. Each tablet is formulated to coagulate up to 50 litres of milk (approx. 13 gallons), making them ideal for producing a wide variety of cheeses from cow, sheep, or goat milk. Manufactured with advanced technology, the tablets maintain enzyme activity for up to three years when stored at ambient temperatures. Special packaging protects the tablets from air, moisture, heat, and light, ensuring long-lasting quality and reliable performance. Directions

Dissolve one tablet in 20-30 ml of clean water (without chlorine) with a splash of lemon or vinegar. Add the solution to 1000 litres of milk at about 35C and stir slowly and evenly for three minutes. Leave the mixture for 25-40 minutes or until clotting. Cut the curd and proceed to the desired cheese making.
