Ingredients

OAT flower (30%), licorice root, chamomile flower, lavender flower (14%), limeflower (10%), valerian root, tulsi leaf.

Directions

Prepare the tea by adding hot water and letting it steep for a few minutes before consuming it before bed for relaxation.

Safety Warning

Contains oats, which are a common allergen. Not recommended for people with oat allergies. May cause drowsiness. Not suitable for children or pregnant women.
