Directions

To use: open the bandage, remove the adhesive side if necessary and attach it to the underwear in the crotch area. The pad should be changed every 4-6 hours to ensure good hygiene. To dispose of: The used pad should be wrapped in toilet paper and disposed of in a trash can. Please do not throw pads into the toilet as they may clog the drain pipes.
