The Biltong Shop makes all our products in our shop in Amersham, Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom using the finest British and Irish beef Silverside from grass fed herds. The meat is prepared into huge steaks that are marinated with our unique blend of spices and hung up to cure in our Biltong dryers over a number of days. A healthy snack that actually tastes good!
