• NO OXYGEN ABSORBER - Our Biltong has a 60 day best before date as we do not use oxygen absorbers. We use our special packaging system to bring you fresh and tasty biltong.

The Biltong Shop makes all our products in our shop in Amersham, Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom using the finest British and Irish beef Silverside from grass fed herds. The meat is prepared into huge steaks that are marinated with our unique blend of spices and hung up to cure in our Biltong dryers over a number of days. A healthy snack that actually tastes good! Ideal for people who like to graze throughout the day, want to have extra natural protein or just love meat. Contains 6 bags of 58g SLICES: Thin slices of biltong steak.
