• Cooking suggestion: Slice thinly - onion 100g, celery leaves and mint leaves.
• Cut one large whole chicken into mid-sized pieces and deep fry.
• Quarter 3 large tomatoes.
• Heat up 200g cooking oil. Saut sliced onion and leaves until fragrant.
• Add whole packet of sambal ayam merah paste, 600ml water and 170g tomato sauce.
• When gravy starts boiling, add fried chicken pieces and quartered tomatoes.
• Cook for 20 minutes or until meat becomes tender.
• Serve with ghee rice or plain white rice.
