Basmati rice 100%

Directions

Make sure that the rice to water ratio is 1:1.5. That is 1 cup of rice and 1.5 cups of water. Place the water and rice in a saucepan. Bring to simmer on medium-high heat without the lid. When the entire surface is bubbly and foamy, place the lid on, turn the heat down to medium-low, and cook for 12 minutes. Remove from the stove and rest for 10 minutes. Fluff it. Serve!
