This high-fibre, wheat-free recipe is naturally sweetened with fruit. It does not contain any refined sugar or added salt. Take a down to earth blend of wholegrain oats, barley and rye from small British organic farms. Mix it with juicy organic sultanas, apricots and crunchy seeds and what have you got? A delicious, nutritious, no-nonsense, vegan friendly Everyday Muesli. Whats not to love? Since starting in 1975, Alara has had a passion for both health and sustainability. Back in 1975 we created the first recipe in the UK for muesli without added sugar. In 1988 Alara was the first cereal company in the world to be certified Organic and in 2008 became the first Zero Waste food factory, with nothing going to landfill or incineration. Wholegrain OAT Flakes (28%), Wholegrain BARLEY Flakes (24%), Sultanas (21%), Wholegrain RYE Flakes (11%), Sunflower Seeds (7%), Linseeds (4%), Chopped Apricots (2%), SESAME Seeds (2%), Pumpkin Seeds (1%).

Directions

For a delicious breakfast add the milk of your choice, juice or yogurt. Can be blended into smoothies or soaked overnight to soften the grains and seeds.
