Nothing but the best goes in: British grown flakes of oats, barley and rye mixed with sultanas, apricots and four varieties of wholesome seeds. Naturally sweetened with fruit, this delicious muesli is packed full of goodness to fuel your day. This wheat free recipe has no added refined sugar or added salt. Since starting in 1975, Alara has had a passion for both health and sustainability. Back in 1975 we created the first recipe in the UK for muesli without added sugar. In 1988 Alara was the first cereal company in the world to be certified Organic and in 2008 became the first Zero Waste food factory, with nothing going to landfill or incineration. In 2018 we are proud to announce that we are the very first cereal company to use home compostable film to replace plastic. Directions

For a delicious breakfast add the milk of your choice, juice or yogurt. Can be blended into smoothies or soaked overnight to soften the grains and seeds.
