Alara gluten free fruit and nut muesli is a rich blend of oat-free flakes, succulent fruits and exotic nuts. The muesli provides a luxurious and nutritionally balanced breakfast and anytime snack. The gluten-free recipe is suitable for coeliac and also has no added sugar or salt. It is made of with gluten free whole grain rice, millet and soya flakes with dates, apricots, raisins, brazil nuts and hazelnuts.

Directions

For a delicious breakfast add the milk of your choice, juice or yogurt. Can be blended into smoothies or soaked overnight to soften the grains and seeds.
