Product Description

Amisa Apple Cinnamon Oats are reassuringly batch tested for gluten using the ELISA method. Whether enjoyed in a bowl of warming porridge, or in delicious bakes, these oats provide a great source of soluble fibre.

Ingredients

wholegrain oats* (gluten free) (89.5%), apples* (10%), cinnamon* (0.5%).

Directions

Pour 50g Amisa oats into a saucepan and add 350ml of milk or water (or a mixture of the two) and sprinkle in a pinch of salt. Bring the contents of the pan to the boil and simmer for 4-5mins, stirring from time to time. For microwave: Mix the above mentioned ingredients in a microwavable bowl and microwave on High for 5 minutes, stirring half way through. Leave to stand for two minutes.
