Whip up with milk or water Make Up Instructions To make: 24 portions, Angel Delight Mix: 600g, Water: 1.7l, Milk: 2.3l To make: 10 portions, Angel Delight Mix: 250g, Water: 700ml, Milk: 950ml To make: 5 portions, Angel Delight Mix: 125g, Water: 350ml, Milk: 475ml 1 Pour required quantity of water or milk into mixing bowl (of at least 5 litres capacity). 2 Add the required quantity of dessert mix then whisk for 30 seconds on low speed until the mix is evenly distributed & scrape down. Whisk on high speed for 2 minutes. 3 Leave to stand for 5 minutes before serving. Refrigerate when made up
