Directions

Hob - From Ambient Immerse the pouch in boiling water 3 mins. Tear open the top of the pouch and check food is piping hot throughout before serving. Microwave - From Ambient Power: Hgh (800W - 900W) Time: 3 Mins Tear open the pouch and pour it into a microwaveable bowl, place the bowl in a microwave and heat for 3 mins. remove the bowl from the microwave check food is piping hot throughout before serving
