Product Description

This Singapore signature recipe brings flavor and gragrace to the rice with a tough of garlic, ginger and Shallot. It is served with boiled or steamed chicken, chili sauce and Tamari soy sauce.

Ingredients

SOYbean oil, garlic (21%), lemongrass, ginger (12%), shallot (11%), salt.

Directions

1. Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear. 2. Combine the rice and water in a pot at a 1:1.5 ratio (1 part rice to 1.5 parts water). 3. Bring the water to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and cover the pot. 4. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the water is absorbed and the rice is tender. 5. Fluff the rice with a fork and mix in the spice paste. 6. Serve with boiled or steamed chicken, chili sauce, and tamari soy sauce.
