Ingredients: Noodles: Wheat Flour (60.88%), Water, Palm Oil. Soup Base: Palm Oil,Low Erucic Acid Rapeseed Oil, Chilli (2%), Black Sesame Seed, Spices (Star Anise, Fennel, Cinnamon, Galangal, Amomum), Sichuan Peppercorn, Chilli Flavour (Maltodextrin, Capsaicin) (0.2%), Sesame Oil Essence, Capsanthin. Powder Sachet: Salt, Sugar, Maltodextrin, Yeast Extract, Dehydrated Ginger Powder, Dehydrated Garlic Powder, Flavour Enhancer (E621, E635). Vinegar Sachet (Fermented Vinegar (6%), Preservative (E260), Acid (E330).

Ingredients

Pasta: wheat flour (86.26%), water, potato starch (1.92%), thickener (E412), palm oil. Soup base: palm oil, rapeseed oil, chilli, black sesame, spices (star anise, fennel, cinnamon, galgant, amomum), Sichuan pepper 0.2%, chilli flavour 0.2% (maltodextrin, capsaicin), sesame oil flavour, colour: E160c. Powder bag: salt, sugar, maltodextrin, yeast extract, ginger powder, garlic powder, flavour enhancer: E621, E634. Vinegar bag: fermentation vinegar 6%, acidity regulators: E260, E330.

Directions

1. Boil water in a pot. 2. Add the noodles and cook for 3-4 minutes. 3. Drain the water. 4. Add the seasoning sachet and mix well. 5. Serve hot.
