Product Description

All the main igredients - flour, eggs and sugar - are mixed together in a special conteiners to obtain a smooth dough for our rich sponge cake. After rolling, the dough is baked for a few minutes until perfectly golden brown in our extra long, made in Italy ovens. The soft Balconi spongecake just out of the oven is combined with the creamy fillings that are a feature of all our recipes. After filling, the sponge cake finally takes shape, becoming a fantastic Balconi teatime snack or cake. The products are packaged using totally automatic process that garantee the hygiene and conservation, as well as ensuring freshness over time.

Fresh eggs, non-hydrogenated vegetable fat, glucose-fructose syrup, skimmed milk, fat-reduced cocoa powder (3.1%), hazelnut paste, powdered skim milk, milk proteins, flavourings, emulsifiers: mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids, soya lecithin; Raising agents: ammonium hydrogen carbonate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, disodium diphosphate; Salt. May contain traces of nuts.
