Cannellini Beans*

Directions

Soak beans overnight. Rinse and drain. Place in a pot, cover with fresh water, bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer for 45-60 minutes or until tender. Drain and use in your favorite dishes. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
