Product Description

Saut in virgin olive oil and over a very low heat, onions, tomatoes and garlic. We add to the fry all the seafood and rock fish and follow the gentle cooking for more than 2 hours, gradually adding our Fish Broth and, finally, fresh squid ink. (*) Nutritional information per 100 ml
