Product Description

Blue Dragon Sushi Rice is an essential ingredient to make the perfect Sushi. It is at its best when seasoned with rice vinegar to create the traditional Japanese dish right in your home at your comfort. The Pack Is perfect to serve minimum 10 people.

Serving Suggestion: Wash 250g of sushi rice thoroughly in cold water and drain. Next, cover the rice with cold water and stand for 20 minutes. Drain and rinse. Add the rice to 400ml of water in a pan and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and cover. Simmer for 10 minutes or until all the water has been absorbed. Remove from the heat and cool to room temperature. For sushi, flavour the rice with 2tbs Blue Dragon Sushi Su, or alternatively, mix 2 tbs Blue Dragon Rice Vinegar and 2tbs sugar and add to the rice. Store in a cool dry place. Once opened re-seal pack or store in an airtight container.
