Product description

Hazelnuts are used to make this classic French cured sausage, giving the meat a delicious nutty flavour.
These 160g saucissons can be eaten on their own after being sliced.
Try pairing them with other French cheeses or including them on a charcuterie platter. For a simple supper, serve with buttered bread and cornichons. Once cut, these saucissons should be refrigerated, but letting them come to room temperature before serving truly brings out their flavour.
