Directions

1. Unwind about 18 inches of floss and wind it around your middle fingers, leaving about 2 inches between your hands. 2. Hold the floss tautly between your thumbs and index fingers. 3. Gently insert the floss between your teeth, using a zigzag motion. 4. Curve the floss against the tooth surface and move it up and down against the side of each tooth. 5. Reach the floss down to the gum line and clean between the gum and tooth by forming a C shape with the floss. 6. Repeat this process for each tooth, using a fresh section of floss as needed.
