Directions

Mix 3 slightly heaped scoops (approx. 14.5 g) with 250ml of cold water in a shaker bottle and shake well. Consume 30-45 minutes prior to training, ideally on an empty stomach, Use one serving per day. Contains silica bag - DO NOT EAT.
