Callebaut have created this easy chocolate mousse for all types of dessert uses. The first chocolate mousse that really taste like home made while saving you time. Simply mix the white chocolate mousse powder with milk and put in the fridge. This economical bag would make an average of 36 servings.

Ingredients

White Chocolate 58.5% (Sugar, Whole Milk Powder, Cocoa Butter, Skimmed Milk Powder, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, Natural Vanilla Flavouring), Skimmed Milk Powder, Sugar, Hydrogenated Vegetable Fat, Milk Proteins, Emulsifier: E471, Emulsifier: E472a, Stabiliser: E340II, Colour: E160a.

Directions

Dissolve the contents of the bag on 1 litre of milk and beat the highest level for 5 minutes. Fill cups or glasses and portion for about 6 hours in the fridge or cool with a spoon on on the dessert plate. Before cooling, fill with glass mousses to create a airy and loose texture. The portioning should be carried out when the mousse becomes slightly stronger.
