Product description

The pack contains: 418 g mixture for the dough, 10 g powdered sugar You add: 125 g butter, 3 medium eggs (60-65 g), 80 ml milk, all at room temperature. Pour the mixture, butter, eggs and milk into the bowl and beat for 4 minutes at maximum speed. Place everything in the greased and floured cake mould (diameter 24 cm) and smooth with a spoon back. Cook for 40-50 minutes (check cooking with a toothpick). Electric oven. Lower shelf 180. Convection oven. Lower shelf 170. Gas oven. Medium insertion height 190. Let the cake cool for 10 minutes, remove from the mould and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Store the ready-to-eat cake cool and dry.
