Product Description

A Mediterranean inspired cooking sauce for chicken made with olive oil, with tomatoes, peppers, garlic and thyme. Great with mashed potato or rice.

Ingredients

Tomato Pure, Tomatoes (25%), Red & Green Peppers (15.5%), Water, Onions, Lemon Juice, Olive Oil (1.3%), Sugar, Cornflour, Salt, Roasted Garlic (0.3%), Thyme (0.1%), Black Pepper

Directions

Great with mashed potato or rice. Serving suggestion: Delicious with a crisp green salad and roasted baby potatoes. Oven cook (From Ambient) - 60 minutes oven bake: 1. Follow step 1 above. 2. Place chicken in a casserole dish, stir in the sauce and cover. 3. Cook in a preheated oven at 180C/Gas 4 for 1 hour (or until chicken is fully cooked). *if you prefer chicken pieces, use 900g and allow 10 minutes extra cooking time. Hob (From Ambient) - 20 minutes on the hob: 1. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry 450g of cubed skinless chicken fillets* until golden. 2. Stir in the sauce, cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
