Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) is a naturally occurring free fatty acid. Dairy products are the richest source of CLA however they are found in small amounts. CLA is found in larger amounts where animals have been grass-fed. In order to consume adequate levels of CLA from diet, it would require a large intake of these foods.

Ingredients

Each two softgel serving provides: CLA 2000mg.
Conjugated Linoleic Acid (80% EE), Capsule Shell (Gelatine, Glycerol, Residual Water, Caramel).

Directions

As a food supplement take 2 softgels, up to 3 times per day.
Best taken with food.
Do not exceed recommended intake.
