PREPARATION
Depending on preparation method 7-10g per cup with 85-90C hot water. Bitterness is influenced by grinding degree, water temperature and contact time. Coffee from Africa:

QUALITY - Through long-term roasting in the Drum Roaster by our roasting Masters, a stomach-protecting roasting is created, which is full of taste. Our Coffees are roasted fresh in small batches and also be freshly ground to order.

PUR - No questionable additives or preservatives. Our Coffees have 24 months shelf life full of flavour from roasting.
