Usage: If Biotic Complex is taken alone (as opposed to in combination with other digestive health supplements), start off with a higher intake of 3 4 capsules, split up throughout the day with food for 2 4 weeks. Thereafter, intake to be reduced to 1 capsule, 1 to 3 times per day before meals or as advised by a healthare professional. Best results are achieved when Biotic Complex: is combined with our other supplements in cleanse & detox and digestion range is taken continuously for 2 3 months, together with improved eating habits.
