- Alishan, in addition to the sea of clouds, sunrise and small train, is also a well-known high mountain oolong tea producing area. In the early morning, the warm sunshine falls on the tea garden; near noon, the fog gradually comes, and it may disperse in a short while, or it may last for several hours. The unpredictable cloud-filled environment is the best environment for planting tea trees.
- Alishan, Ali Mountain (Altitude: 1000m-1700m) is a famous place to plant and nourish tea where it is covered by mist more than half a day. Because of the altitude and the weather, cool temperature slows down bush's growth, causing smaller and thicker leaf which also preserve the nutrients and making unique flavor of tea.
- Made with Qingshiin Oolong tea tree, this Alishan Oolong has a leisurely fragrance, with honey, cedar in the forest, oats and a touch of milk that are hard to detect. Dried tea, tea soup and leaf bottom all have different aromas. While tasting tea, it is also an olfactory feast.
