Dr. Oetker sky blue food colour icing gel can be used to achieve pastel blue or bright blue colour in cakes, icings and dessert recipes. The innovative gel format allows you to achieve pastel or vibrant colour with the easy to dose tube, drop by drop. Each tube can colour 24 bright cupcakes or 200 pastel cupcakes. Unlike conventional liquid food colour, gel food colours will not affect the consistency of your icing. It is suitable for vegetarians. Available in 10g tubes.

Directions

Preparation: Directions Easy to use gel consistency delivers pastel or vibrant colour in any icing or baking. Knead tube before use. Snip end of tube with scissors. Add small amounts of gel food colour to your icing or cake batter until desired shade is achieved. Stir well between each addition. Each tube can colour enough pastel shade glace icing for approx. 200 cupcakes, bold shade glace icing for approx. 24 cupcakes or bold shade buttercream for approx. 6 cupcakes.

Safety Warning

Warning: Not suitable for children under 36 months - choking hazard. Do not exceed 2 tsp. of Blue Gel Food Colour in 100g icing.
