This is Dulcesol's interpretation of the traditional Mallorcan pastry swirl. The texture is more sponge than crunch and the addition of icing sugar gives a sweeter edge than most.

Wheatflour, vegetable oils and fats, sugar, lard, fresh eggs, glucose and fructose syrup, yeast, salt, emulgents: E-471 and E-472e, milk derivatives, gluten and flour treatment agent: absorbic acid.
