30 VCaps of 500mg Evening Primrose Oil in a gelatin free capsule, to provide 9% omega-6 fatty acid GLA, which helps regulate many body functions including hormones, blood pressure, healthy skin and the reproductive cycle.
Free from sugar, lactose, yeast, gluten and wheat.
Fatty acids, sometimes referred to as vitamin F, are divided into several types, the most common of which are omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9.
Evening Primrose Oil is high in omega-6. Omega-6 fatty acids include linolenic acid, gamma-linolenic acid and arachidonic acid, which are all polyunsaturated. Omega-6 dietary sources are usually plant derived, particularly seeds and nuts.
