This gluten free stock mix tastes just like a traditionally made stock and contains well balanced levels of seasoning and fat. Simply add the mix to boiling water and stir. Delivering a fantastic balance of flavour, this stock can be added at any point in the cooking process to poach, season, braise, rub, blend or dust onto your dishes. Meets 2017 DOH salt targets. Suitable for coeliacs. Each catering tub is 700g and makes approximately 40 litres. There are 2 tubs in each wholesale case. - 16g per litre when made up with boiling water.
