Ingredients

glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, water, pork gelatine, acid: citric acid, acidity regulator: sodium citrates, acid: acetic acid, colours: curcumin, carmine, beta carotene, flavouring.

Directions

Place the jelly cubes in a microwavable jug with 100ml water. Stir until completely dissolved and then make up to 570ml (1 pint) with cold water. Pour into a mould or serving dishes and refrigerate to set.
