Omega-3 : Concentrated Fish Oil, Capsule Shell [gelling agent ( ydroxy), humectant (glycerol, purified water), emulsifier (pectin), firming agent (calcium chloride)], Natural Vitamin E** (d-alpha tocopherol). ** from soybean Osteoflex : Glucosamine Sulphate (2KCl), Chondroitin Sulphate, Bulking Agent (di-calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose), Vitamin C (ascorbic acid), Stabilizer (croscarmellose sodium), Anti-caking Agent (silicon dioxide, veg. magnesium stearate), Manganese Gluconate, Binding Agent [polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP)], Glazing Agent [( ydroxyl propyl methyl cellulose (HPMC)], Turmeric Root Standardised Extract (10:1).

Directions

Adults and children over 12 years of age, one tablet and one capsule daily with food. Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person.
