Evening Primrose Oil, Capsule Shell [gelling agent (gelatine), humectant (glycerol)], Natural Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol).

Directions

Recommended Daily Intake: Adults and children over 6 years of age, one capsule daily. Adults can increase up to four capsules daily if required. For children, capsules can also be pierced and the contents taken orally or rubbed onto the skin. Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person.
