Simplicity is at its best when this natural recipe begins with a blend of British wholegrain, wheat flakes and barely, for a natural creamy taste and texture. The Almonds and Brazil nuts add a satisfying crunch, whilst the sultanas, raisins and dates give a mildly fruity finish. All this and no added salt or sugar: splendid. We take simple, good stuff and dont mess about with it. Thats why the natural ingredients in Jordans cereals like whole grain oats, dried fruits, nuts and seeds are processed as little as possible so you can feel the benefits of these fantastic foods that provide natural energy, rich in nutrients. Ingredients

Wholegrain Cereals (67%) (WHEAT Flakes, OAT Flakes), BARLEY Flakes, Dried Fruit & Nuts (16%) (Sultanas, Raisins, Chopped Dates, Whole & Sliced ALMONDS, Chopped Roasted HAZELNUTS).

Directions

Put in a bowl, add milk or water and eat with a leaf. Store in a cool, dry place.
