Home-made ice cream without an ice cream maker
Put the dry mix in a bowl, add milk and cream, whisk together and then freeze. In as little as 3 hours youll have a deliciously cool and creamy treat, ready to spoon into bowls or waffle cones, or use in lovely ice cream desserts.

Directions

Mix 200g of the ice cream mix with 200ml of milk and 200ml of cream. Whisk together and freeze for at least 3 hours before serving.
