Directions

Measure 2-3 grams of loose-leaf tea into the metal infuser provided. Place the infuser in your cup or teapot. For Miss Dammann (green tea with ginger and passion fruit), use water heated to around 80C (176F) and steep for 3-5 minutes. For Grand Got Russe (black tea with citrus fruits), use boiling water and steep for 4-5 minutes. For Altitude (high altitude black tea blend), use boiling water and steep for 3-5 minutes. Remove the infuser and enjoy your tea.
