MRC Honey Roast Glaze seasoning is a must for barbecue fanatics, home cooks, foodies and butchers. The sweet and savoury honey flavoured sauce includes hints of warming cinnamon, ideal for your Christmas honey roast ham! It also creates a delicious BBQ marinade for meat, fish and vegetables.

We make our products for butchers and food manufacturers plus, for the domestic cook theres our range of Flava-it branded products. We are a privately owned family run company and very proud of our heritage. Founded in 1976 by Roy Dixon, it is now Roys son Gary who heads up the business.
Ingredients
INGREDIENTS: Sugar, Dried Tomato, Salt, Yeast Extract (Yeast Extract, Salt), Dried Onion, Modified Starch, Spices (Cinnamon, Ginger, Clove), Dried Garlic, Acid (Citric Acid), Thickener (Guar Gum), BARLEY Malt Extract, Natural Flavourings, Colours (Paprika Extract, Curcumin), Spice Extracts, Smoke Flavouring.
Directions
Rub glaze into your meat thoroughly and leave to marinate for a minimum of 15 minutes before cooking. Use at 8-10% and oven bake, BBQ, grill or stir fry. Cook thoroughly before consumption.
