It makes a very good aromatic drink. The Dandelion root is oven roasted and gives a unique flavour. It also has a very good coffee, like aroma. Be adventurous and change the norm. Put a heaped teaspoon in cold water and bring to the boil, then simmer gently for 5-8 minutes. Strain into a cup, then add milk and sugar or honey if needed. The used dandelion coffee may be reused 2 or 3 times without giving a "stewed" taste.
