Ingredients

OAT Flakes (65%), Skimmed MILK Powder, Sugar, Dried Apple (1.2%), Sweetened Dried Blueberries [Blueberries, Sugar] (1.2%), Flavourings.

Directions

Remove the lid, Add boiling water to the fill line (approximately 160ml) and stir well, Allow to stand for 1 minute, Stir again and enjoy. Add more water if required.
