Also known as Castelvetrano Olives, these Sicilian olives are famous for their vibrant green colour, irresistible buttery-sweet flavour, and crisp, meaty texture.

Traditionally harvested between September and October, these olives are carefully hand-picked to ensure the crop is of the highest quality. They are then sorted, washed and preserved in a light brine to keep them at their best.

Our Nocellara Olices are really versatile. They are great to eat on their own or simply enjoy with some Italian bread and cheese. Delicious in a fresh summer salad, as a tapenade or as added flavour in stews or pasta dishes.

They are also a very popular addition to any antipasto platter or charcuterie board as they pair beautifully with Italian cured meats such as Prosciutto, Salami and Coppa Stagionata. All washed down with a large glass of a good Italian white wine of course!
