Ingredients

Quaker Wholegrain Rolled OATS, Stabiliser: Lecithin* (SOYA), *Soya Lecithin is added to minimise boiling over in the microwave

Directions

You can prepare it in two different ways: microwave, or pan. Either way, time two minutes and you're done. For the microwave: put the bag in a suitable container, add 120 ml of milk or water, put the lid and microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds. For the pan: Heat a non-stick pan, add the open bag and stir for 1 minute 30 seconds.
