To use Tapioca Starch as a thickening agent, mix 1 tablespoon of tapioca starch with 2 tablespoons of cold water to form a smooth paste. Gradually whisk this mixture into your hot dish while it is simmering. Cook until the desired thickness is achieved. Avoid boiling to prevent lumping.
